A supplement for hip pain

Let’s take a closer look at hip pain supplements

If you have hip bursitis pain associated with inflammation there is a supplement for hip pain that can help to alleviate the symptoms and improve your quality of life, I should know having suffered with hip pain for too long before I discovered a fantastic supplement that got rid of my hip pain for good.

If you are a fairly active person that likes to participate in sports or walking a lot your hip joints are well able to cope with all of the wear and tear as you engage in vigorous activities, however the cartilage that surrounds your hip bone and acts as a shock absorber starts to wear away.

This progressive action causes the bones in your hip area to grate against each other and results in friction and pain, it is a gradual process so the pain may not feel too bad at the beginning but over time it can become so bad that it affects your daily activities.

What is happening is the friction or wear and tear produces inflammation further eroding the cartilage, increasing stiffness and ultimately making even a simple movement such as standing up for more than five minutes very painful., fortunately there is a supplement for hip pain that over time can help to alleviate the pain you are experiencing.

What causes hip bursitis

Hip bursitis also called trochanteric bursitis is inflammation of the small bursa (tiny sacs of fluid) that surround the area where your hip joint is located, hip pain is caused by repetitive activities that put pressure on the hip bones and the bursa, the most common causes are:

  • Over exertion of the hip muscles and joints
  • A hip injury
  • Spine issues
  • Bone spurs
  • Bad posture

In some cases hip bursitis is caused because one leg is a different length to the other and increases the possibility of wear and tear on the hip joint, medical conditions such as Rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes, thyroid diseases and gout can cause hip bursitis, luckily I discovered a supplement for hip pain that saved me from having to get a pain killing injection from the doctor or to have to live with hip pain forever.

What are the symptoms of hip pain?

If you have hip bursitis pain you may recognize some of the following symptoms:

  • Progressive hip pain that starts off as a minor irritation and becomes sharper
  • Hip pain from standing
  • Hip pain when sitting for a long period
  • Hip pain when lying down
  • Hip pain walking up stairs
  • Hip pain radiating down your leg
  • Hip pain when walking

Bursitis of the hip is a serious issue caused by inflammation that if left untreated can make your life a misery, people try ice packs, over the counter painkillers, rest and others try a supplement for hip pain, many others go to their doctors who will prescribe medication.

What is inflammation?

Inflammation is a perfectly natural response by your body to an injury or illness, this normal biological process is produced to protect you and support the healing process, inflammation in the short term isn’t an issue but when inflammation becomes long term or chronic it causes illness and stress in the body. Poor diet and lifestyle choices contribute to prolonging inflammation and progressing the disorder, this is where a supplement for hip pain comes into play.

  1. Hi Ray,
Here is the advice from the health coach Lindsay:
I can’t see any actual downside to your customer taking serrapeptase to help target the hand pain. It’s effective as tackling pain and inflammation in the musculoskeletal system, so whilst he is still getting to the route cause of the problem, this may help to alleviate some of his discomforts.
    My thoughts:
I recommend that you try the strongest dosage SerraEnzyme, take the recommended dosage, however if you don’t feel any improvement after the first couple of weeks feel free to increase the dosage.
I have used this product myself safely in taking up to 6 a day of the tablets without any side effects and in conjunction with aspirin, beta blockers and blood pressure medications.
You can order SerraEnzyme from Good Health Naturally here https://bit.ly/2JfRCcY, they have a special offer buy 3 get one free, this problem you have could take a while to resolve, take advantage of the free bottle.
Hope this helps, love to hear how you get on.
    All the best

  2. Hello Fintan, I enjoy your videos, thank you. I have had hand pain for 6 months. Blood tests returned good results. Been to acupuncture, acupressure and now osteopath to try to resolve issue. Not sure if this is referred pain from neck or a peripheral nerve issue. Because it is bi lateral hand pain I don’t believe it is carpal tunnel although my work experience over last 25 years has been fairly repetitive.
I have looked into Serrapeptase and watched a lot of videos and was wondering if you think this product could help my pain and which dosage would be best.

    Thanks for your time
    Ray Bradley
