Bursitis hip pain relief that really works
Looking for bursitis hip pain relief that really works? This is how I found a product for Bursitis pain relief.
I did suffer quite badly from hip pain for about three years, it started slowly enough with a little pain in my left hip which usually started if I were in a standing position for more than ten minutes. At first, when I started to notice this ache in my hip I could tolerate it without too much difficulty but as time went on the pain increased so much that I would have to sit down to get some relief from it.
After approximately six months if I stood up for too long or even when I was sitting down the pain became more intense as it spread down my leg as far as my knee. When the pain was intense I would try to take some over-the-counter painkillers which would reduce the pain but would never take it away permanently. I was beginning to feel desperate for a solution to my hip pain problem because it was affecting me at work at home and out socially.
Doctors visit
I had no choice but to visit my doctor for a diagnosis, he tested my hip movement, then my knee and leg movement, his first diagnosis was arthritis but to be sure he arranged an appointment in the hospital for me with a specialist. He made me lie down on my side, lifted my leg, and moved it around as much as he could, he then sent me for a hip x-ray. Afterward, he checked the x-ray results and showed me where the hip bone is located, and it was clear that some of the cartilage was worn away.
His prognosis was “Mr. Duggan you have wearing of the cartilage around the hip bone but that isn’t your biggest problem, that isn’t causing the pain, you have bursitis hip pain and the only answer is to take painkillers whenever it happens again” He did say that I wouldn’t need to have a new hip fitted not then or maybe not ever, I thought that at least there is some good news.
I don’t need a new hip but the problem with how to dealing with the bursitis hip pain relief issue was to take prescription drugs. Anyone who knows me will know that I am not a fan of taking prescription drugs for any health issue, I always prefer to look for a natural remedy in most cases, so the search began for a natural remedy for my bursitis hip pain relief.
Search for a product
Like a lot of people, I started by searching google for a product that would help me to relieve the bursitis pain in my hip. I read a lot about a product called Serrapeptase including where it comes from, what Serrapeptase is used for, potential benefits, and side effects, I also searched for whether is Serrapeptase safe to use. I listened to videos and read testimonials from people that have been using Serrapeptase for several years. To be honest I couldn’t but be impressed by people’s stories, being a believer in natural remedies helped me to decide to try Serrapeptase.
Serrapeptase dosage
But what was the best dosage to take? Serrapeptase comes in different tablet strengths from 40,000 IU up to 250,000 IU which is the strongest dose on the market. Because of the level of pain, I felt that I needed quite a strong dosage, so I started on the 80,000 IU tablet.
I purchased the tablets from the Naturally Healthy Super Store because I read that the tablets should be quality enteric coated tablets googled enteric coated tablet, and this was the explanation (An enteric coating is a polymer barrier applied on oral medication that prevents its dissolution or disintegration in the gastric environment. … Tablets, mini-tablets, pellets, and granules (usually filled into capsule shells) are the most common enteric–coated dosage forms.) you don’t want the tablet to disintegrate in your stomach rather it passes safely through your stomach and is absorbed into the gut.
One tablet yields equal to 80,000 IU of biological activity. The tablet contained Bulking agents (microcrystalline Cellulose, Calcium Carbonate, D-Calcium Phosphate, Serrapeptase, Anti-caking agent (Vegetable source Magnesium Sulphate) Emulsifier (Croscarmellose Sodium) Enteric Coating (NS Extend coating, Sublease Solution)
The recommended dosage for the food supplement was to take two tablets per day on an empty stomach. I started on the recommended dosage for about the first week. The pain wasn’t as sharp but after using the tablets for a couple of months I decided that that dosage wasn’t quite strong enough for my bursitis pain relief.
Good health Naturally
I went back to the Good Health Naturally people for a stronger dose, I found what I was looking for in the 250,000 IU Serrapeptase, this dosage was three times stronger than the first one that I tried. The recommended dosage was one tablet per day which I started taking first thing in the morning with a glass of water and before my cup of tea. It didn’t happen overnight but gradually bit by bit the pain in my hip started to subside.
Walking
We love to go walking, so I did notice a big difference in the sense that the pain wasn’t as bad when walking, standing, or sitting after taking Serrapeptase for about three months. Roll forward to five months after starting on the higher dosage and guess what the pain has gone completely! I am overjoyed with the results of taking this wonderful enzyme, I was looking for Bursitis hip pain relief, but I got more than I bargained for when my bursitis hip pain disappeared altogether.
PS This is just an aside which I wasn’t expecting, I have had a problem with high cholesterol all my life so much so that I almost died from a massive heart attack at age 45, so when I went to see my doctor to have my blood done and to tell him the good news about my hip bursitis pain relief he has further good news my cholesterol had reduced by 50% Thank you Serrapeptase.!
